Looking for the perfect combination of flat mate to share my townhouse with. About the room: double room with walk in robe unfurnished big widow overlooking the local parkland. Plenty of room for double/queen bed side table and tv etc.About the house: split level 2 bed townhouse in a small complex with pool and tennis court. One bathroom (shower + bath) second toilet downstairs. Kitchen with electric oven coffee pod machine etc laundry with all appliances. Front and rear courtyard with BBQ for entertaining. About the area: located in close proximity to springwood centro with woolworths target etc plenty of take away (Thai Indian sushi Italian fast food and pubs) 6km to Griffith university Logan campus bus stop at the front of complex and springwood busway 2 min drive (park and ride to CBD etc) good walking tracks around the area (personally run them myself).About me: 25yr old social work student at Griffith uni. I work part time at a private hospital in Brisbane and spend my time exercising catching up with friends and family and renovating my place. Im very laid back not a big party person but love an afternoon BBQ with friends over drinks or lazing by the pool listening to music. Heading into my full time practical placement Im looking at getting someone in to share my place for 6 months. Im very social and love to cook watch tv/DVD etc when I havent got my head in the books. About you: preferably 25-30yrs male or female no couples social but not looking for a party house tidy without being OTT financially stable laid back trustworthy and house trained
