Double bedroom available in our 2bed townhouse. Room has large double windows overlooking quiet parklands, built in wardrobe, furnished with queen size posturepedic bed & study desk. The house has one bathroom (bath & shower) with second toilet downstairs, good size kitchen, living area, front and rear courtyard fully furnished with outdoor setting & BBQ. We have one cat who adores being cuddled and will demand affection even if you dont want it!
About us – We are a newly married couple! He is an Irish tradie, She is a student/part-time prof. We both work hard and enjoy a good wine, great cheese & spectacular company. Right now we are in the cycle of “eat, sleep, work/study & repeat” and as such are pretty quiet. We are easy going, enjoy catching up with friends/family, cooking, listening to music and having a good time. Looking for someone at a similar point in there life – maybe looking for a shorter term rental as they get on their feet as well!
We are close to shops, restaurants, springwood bus station etc etc.
