Im a 29 yr old female living in a 3 bedroom 2 story town house in a small quiet secure gated complex. I have a furnished or unfurnished room for rent. The furnished room has a new double bed with mattress and tall boy with built in wardrobes. Unfurnished bedroom has built in wardrobes. Both rooms have fans. The unit is a 2 minute walk to the Hyperdome 5 mins to the M1 to Gold Coast or Brisbane. Excellent transport links. Around a 40 minute bus ride to Brisbane City. The buses run regularly from 5am till midnight. The rest of the unit is fully furnished. Electricity is included but you would have to supply your own Internet and food. Im looking for a mature quiet housemate who is respectful and clean. I dont work 9-5 so Im a shift worker so i come and go at all sorts of hours so someone who can respect that. Must be EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN AND TIDY and have respect for others property. This is not a party house. Must work full time. References are required professional and personal. You would also be required to sign a stat dec due to the destructive housemates that have previously resided with me. Plently of secure parking inside the complex. Non Smokers would be better.$170 per week. $500 bond required which would be refunded on your depature providing you let the room the same way you found it and there is no other damage to my property.
