We live alone in a 3 bedroom house. We have a fully furnished room (queen bed bedside tables and wardrobe) available for rent. Water and elec included in rent price. House has foxtel… We will get internet if you’re keen too, we can discuss that!

Shared bathroom and kitchen – you can have your own space to store your food. Smoking outside is ok. No pets.

Bus is 50 m away from house and 150m away is a shopping centre with cafes and supermarket.
20 min walk to bigger shopping centre with Target etc.

Prefer single person. International students okay.
