2 living areas and outside patio
Parking available in driveway
About 15mins walk to buses and 20mins walk to shops.
Bedrooms w/ built in wardrobes (Not Furnished)

Two rooms for rent, each room is $150 a week plus utilities to be shared between 3 people. Bond is 2 weeks rent.
Or $200.00 a week including Utilities (Electricity, Cleaner & foxtel)

I’m 23 working professional. I have a 1 dog, he’s very friendly & house trained.
