Hi I have an unfurnished room for rent in Parkinson available now. You can have the main bathroom to yourself as my bedroom has an ensuite. The townhouse is fairly new with a courtyard dishwasher air-con etc. The complex has an inground pool and bbq and is close to several supermarkets gyms and both the Gateway and Logan motorways. Parkinson is a leafy area south of Brisbane it takes aprox 20 mins to get into the CBD and 25 mins to the Gold Coast. There is also a bus stop about a 5 min walk away which goes to into the city frequently. It is also on the nightbus route so you can catch a bus all through the night on Friday and Saturday nights. Im a 25 year old girl professional work in the city and enjoy my quiet time as well as a few drinks on the weekends. I am looking for a similar minded tidy female between ages 20 – 35 working non-smoker.
