About the house:

It is a three bedroom 1 year old house in Ormeau Ridge just a hop skip and jump to the M1 and also local shops (bottle shops, groceries, takeaways, petrol etc).

About you:

I’d love to live with someone who is relaxed, good for a chat, looks after the house, cleans up as they go and doesn’t take over the shared spaces. Ideally you would also be preferably working full time. If you are courteous and chilled out – I’d love to meet you and get to know you!

About the rent:

Rent is $150 per week and we share the cost of electricity/gas and internet.
