Hi We have a room available this would suit a single mum with one child trying to get back on there feet or someone used to small children. We are not asking for someone to pay any rent or power as we are hoping to trade accommodation and power for someone being able to drive our two school aged kids to school 4 days per week and watch out three year old during business hours 3 days per week. We are ok for some with one small pet and there can be access to our car for the school pick up and drop off and other negotaited use. There is internet available Wi Fi as well. Close to public transport – bus links with Sout East Busway.
