It has 2 rooms plus a double garage and one room is only being used as a storage room (but can easily be emptied if need be). The walls and roof are like a bedroom however the ground is concrete so gets a bit dusty down there when nobody is using it. Im going to try to get some carpet put in the biggest room soon to make it a bit more appealing however people have lived down there quite comfortably once furnished. Please let me know if you are interested in this option instead of the room upstairs and we will work out board according to how much space you would like to use. I am a Maori girl from New Zealand and have only been living in Brisbane for a year and a half now. I have a pretty huge highset house for just one person so thought Id get a flatmate! I posted an ad earlier on here and now have a travelling couple living with me (one from Chile one from France) who have inspired me to take a trip to Europe later in the year so Ive decided to take on an extra flatmate to help me with saving! We only use wireless internet here (the USB kind) plus mobile phones – so no phone line sorry!) The house is very close to Logan Central Shops and Kingston Train Station is only a 10 minute walk away or hyperdome bus pretty much straight outside the driveway. Plenty of safe Car Parking Space if you have a car as well. Easy access to the Pacific Mwy. I am in the music industry so have a recording studio which I like to blast music out of occassionally with my crew (if Im not at gigs/tours!). I work full-time as well so only home nights really. Happy to give you seperate cupboards for your food and all that jazz and a pretty easy going person as long as you try to clean up after yourself (I can get a bit messy at times with my hectic schedule as well so all good if it slips every now and then!). Dont mind smokers just have to do it outside on the porch Feel free to use the washing machine utensils etc etc you just need to furnish your own room really. All housemates are between the ages of 23-30 as well so although we are not a party house of sorts we do still have the occassional quiet drink or friends over etc so hopefully you dont mind that.
