We are looking for a single person (female) to share a fully furnished house in Edens Landing. Close to public transport and other amenities. 30 mins to Gold Coast and Brisbane. Quiet location. The house is 18 months old has ducted air conditioning dishwasher washing machitne lounge family and dining room fully fenced security screens and remote control garage. Lawn and garden maintenance is included in the rent. 1 friendly bubbly female and 2 easy going clean single males currently residing in the property. There is a dog and cat also living there but responsibility is that of the owners. No other pets please. Smokers no problems – must smoke outside. Extras to pay are electricity and gas – only have to pay for 1/4 of bill. Home phone is on credit so only need to buy own starter kit and account to access phone. We really need U to come live with us!!!
