I am a 21 year old live in landlord and I have a three bedroom townhouse (two story) within walking distance to shops and railway station. I am looking for single male or female non smoker to rent a room and dont mind living with a very small dog. There is a small courtyard at the back of the unit with a BBQ. I am a qualified tradesman and work some week-end days. I enjoy being on my own but also like to have a good social life away from my unit. I like a party but usually at someone elses place. I also like to keep a reasonable clean unit. The room for rent can fit a double bed a single can be provided if need be and also a TV.Living area has aircon.
