Hi ok this is a very different type of share ? basically you get the house with no one in it lol and i will only be here 10 to 6 sat n sun …….i run a business from the house and just need the security of someone t o be here at nights etc …………. so its a great setup if you want to live by yourself without paying high rents ……you get /own bedroom / kitchen / Laundry and pool with off street parking……………. all power included for $180.00 a week ………
