Hi. We are a professional couple seeking a tenant for this huge room located in Edens Landing. Its actually a double garage which has been converted into one large rumpus room. It is fully enclosed and it is double brick with two sliding glass doors a window and a door leading to the back yard. It is not attached to the house but its less than a metre to enter the house. We would need to share the kitchen bathroom toilet and laundry which are all located in the main house. Parking is off street. The property itself is on a one acre block and is in walking distance to shops and train station. The $150 p.w. is for rent. Power bill and yard maintenance is to be split three ways. We can provide some furniture if required. We are looking for somebody who is working is clean and reliable. We would consider a uni student. We would also consider an outside pet. We are asking for 2 weeks bond money ($300) and 2 weeks rent in advance. The room is available NOW.
