Hi I have a room available for rent in my home. It is 3mx3m with carpet ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe. It is unfurnished except for a single bed that is available if needed. Youll have access to your own bathroom.Its located in Eagleby. There is a bus stop outside the complex we live in and trains are close by. Rent is $120 per week and 2 weeks bond is required. We split the electricity bill 3 ways each quarter. Please reply if youd like to arrange for an inspection. It would be great if you had some references.
