We are looking for 1 person that WORKS to move into 1 bedroom we have spare. The room is $180pw with utilities (Internet Power Austar and Water) – One weeks bond and a week in advance. That means $360 straight up when you move in. I will try to post some photos of the Townhouse//Lounge Room/Little Backyard Room and the Pool here at the units. If they dont show I can email or text them through.The room is very large with ceiling fan double warbrode and come semi furnished. Meaning if you dont have any furnishings we can put in there a few things. We have a double bed tvs and drawers etc if needed. The room is quite big so all that can fit in there. Also linen is available if you need it and cutlery etc. Also I have a few fans if it gets too hot.Close to everything bus stop out the front takes you straight to Beenleigh and Hypromde.If you like more information or to have a look at the room please concert me anytime.
