Standard room size. Town house is 6 months old so everything is brand new.. Bathroom hasnt even been used since i have lived here. Aircon down stairs for those hot days.There are two massive pools in complex. Parking infront of unit are generally always available and if not just park in the drive way. Live right across from shopping centre with coles and post office and everything. Bus stop right out the front of complex. Complex is gated for security. About me: Im pretty out going Always up for a few drinks every now and then. Prefably looking for a couple or someone around my age Im easy to get along with house is always clean. just split up with my fiance so i need somebody to help me survive with paying rent. You can do what ever u want just dont break anything otherwise ull have to pay for it..
