Hi I am looking for a female who would like to rent a room in a fairly new 4 Bedroom house. Essentially you would have your own bathroom a garage space and built in robe. Whilst the room is not furnished the house is fully furnished and all kitchen utensils are supplied. Price includes all bills – electricity and internet. Must be a dog person as my dog is usually inside most of the time. Needs to be a clean and tidy person who preferably works and or studies. I am looking for someone who is fairly quiet during the week and a little social on the weekends however not someone who will be bringing half the pub home with them.
