I live on a 5 acre property in Mt. Cotton which is 5 minutes from the Hyperdome.( the hyperdome is one of the biggest shopping centre’s on the south side, there is a bus from the Hyperdome Express and takes about 40-45 minutes to the City) It’s 5 minutes from the Logan motorway (the Logan motorway is access directly to Ipswich red bank plains going west towards Toowoomba) also. The house has a pool, ducted air conditioning, fireplace, big kitchen and a separate lounge and dining. The room is a self contained unit( granny flat) with its own shower and kitchen and also have another room in the main house the room is 3.7 X 4 m, adequately takes a queen size bed and has a built in wardrobe and you can see from the window the big front yard this room is $180 a week with power, water and foxtel. Internet not included but can be arranged. I live on the other end of the house with my own amenities. I have one 22 year old full time worker already living in the house.
