We are urgently looking for a new room-mate if anyone is interested to move in very, very soon!

Ideal for students, this room is available for anyone and everyone!

Rent is $160 a fortnight ($80 a week) for your own room and wardrobe. Very close to Public Transport with buses and trains just a short walk away!
Convenient to shops and gas stations as well. For those with cars, we have a small car port available as well!

We also have a large open backyard with a boxing bag and a cardio bike for those who like to train a little.

Utility bills such as Internet and Electricity are separate, but only arrive every so often and are usually cheap. (Every 1 month and every 3 months respectively).

You will be sharing company with 3 Anime and Gaming nuts, so we generally get along with everyone!
