Hi! I am looking for a friendly laid back and fun person (to replace myself in this house) to occupy a double room with a very large built in wardrobe and set of shelves. It is not furnished. There is new carpet and blind in the room. There are security screens on all windows and doors one bathroom to share the toilet is seperate to the bathroom laundry. Need someone who is respectful CLEAN and TIDY. The yard is fenced with carport parking available. It is walking distance to shops and public transport. You will share the cost of the electricity and water there is no landline for the phone and internet but you could put one in your own name if you like.
