A single bedroom in a *quiet*, non-smoking household. Room is partially furnished (queen-sized bed, chest of drawers and a small cupboard). House has Foxtel and wireless broadband, and you’re welcome to use them both (within reasonable limits). $100/wk for rent, plus $40/wk for utilities.

No pets, non-smoker only and this definitely isn’t a wild party house.
