The house is easy walking distance to train and bus parks shops. There is also off street parking. There are two rooms available one hundred each and includes electricity internet etc. No bond just one week rent in advance. The house is occupied by myself and another male in early twenties. There are also two outside dogs. The rooms were previously occupied by two exchange students who left at the end of uni so rooms are available now!
