We have a room free in our house in Yeronga. The house is close to shops train and bus stops and TAFE 10min from the city and 10min by bike from UQ. Theres a big backyard space for pets and parking and heaps of storage space. The people are a mix of students and workers currently all in our 20s all pretty laid back. Did I mention its cheap? All welcome.
