We are two 24yr old girls looking for someone to share our lovely home with.We have a 3brd Queenslander in Woolloongabba. Our home has polished floors front and back verandahs storage underneath separate lounge and dining bath tub dishwasher and a leafy backyard. Only a 3 min walk from bus stop and 7 min walk to the train station.The house is fully furnished except for the available room.We are looking for someone that is reliable respectful and clean (not pedantic) and also someone we can enjoy a drink with and share a home cooked meal with.We are easy going girls that both work full time so week nights are fairly quiet but we also dont mind a good drink sometimes.Rent is $150/week plus $590 bond.
