QUT and Griffith campuses also within short travelling distance.The room has two windows a built-in wardrobe and is large enough to comfortably fit a Queen bed desk bookshelf and bedside tables. Perfect for student accommodation.You would be sharing the top level with a girl and a guy 22 and 25 both students and employed. Quiet on weekdays and fairly sociable on weekends. Another guy and a girl a couple both 25 and employed full time also live in the separate downstairs area.Rent is $126 per week paid fortnightly plus internet ($23 a month with unlimited high speed downloads + wifi) and electricity (usually ~$110 per quarter).
