I have 1 room Avail in a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 lounge house.Room is furnished with a LARGE wardrobe (mirrored) and bed side QUEEN bed also.House is close to SOUTHBANK coles public transport and local cafes hotels.Parking is on the street but you will get a free parking permit that is issued to residents free of charge. One block from the Mater hospital.HOUSE: has 3 fridges for food large DECK for entertaining WIFI and electricity included in rent. rooms are large and have their own locks on the doors. No furniture required as house has everything u need. Storage space for boxes and small items availiable. Washing machine is also avail. 2 tvs and dvd players are also supplied in house.HOUSEMATES: professionals and students two with english being their second language. Ages varied. We are clean and respect each other and get along well. English speaking preffered.YOU: A clean and tidy person with respect for others and belongings a full time student or full time/ part time worker preffered. NO COUPLES (as we have enough people in the house already sorry).Must be accepting of different cultures and orientations.BOND: is two weeks rent .
