I have a room for rent in Woolloongabba, close to Stones Corner. The room is UNFURNISHED and a good size.

The place is 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with nice high ceilings. It is the top half of a lovely Queenslander, which has been maintained. It is on a quite dead end street which has a park and community garden at the end. There is a separate entrance from downstairs and a front and back veranda. There is a massive kitchen if you like cooking.

It is about a 7 minute walk to the Stones Corner busway with buses frequently heading to the city. It costs $20 in a cab to the city. No garage but there is plenty of street parking.

I would like to live with someone who is employed, reliable, social, tidy, clean and under 30. I am a social and chatty person but work long hours Monday – Friday (approx 8am-6pm).

The room is $220 a week and that includes electricity, water and unlimited ADLS 2 Dodo internet.
