The apartment has a fridge microwave and dishwasher. l am relocating from Far North Queensland on July 1st and decided to sell my stuff and buy new furniture in the Brisbane but if you have your own furniture thats OK too we can sort it out between us.Great location- Opposite busway 10 mins to the CBD has lap pool sauna gym bbq facilites and a Coles supermarket on the ground floor.Rent is $450 per week so $225 shared between us per week. 2 weeks rent in advance is required.About Me:l am a 29 year old professional female. l am friendly but also like to have my own space. l value a clean safe peaceful and happy environment to live in.
