Sadly my house mate is moving out, I have a room available in a brand new apartment building in West End. You would take the larger room which has large walk-in-robe and ensuite, as well as the car space in the basement.
The apartment is located off Montague Rd. right by the river which has running tracks, beautiful grass areas for picnics etc. In the opposite direction it is 5 – 10 mins walk to West End’s entertainment hub. It’s very close to shops, with Coles being 3min drive, a new Aldi being built just around the corner and West End markets 5 min walk down the road. There is a city glider out the front which takes you to Southbank, King George Square and Brunswick St. Mall.
The apartment building has a communal area on the roof top with almost 360 views of Brisbane. There is a large pool, BBQ area, Gym and Sauna.
It’s seriously got everything you need to live a chilled life.
