We share the bathroom and the kitchen with 5 other persons and in total we are 20 in the house. Professional cleaners come every week. The complex is centrally located within the vibrant and culturally rich cafe precinct of West End. It is easy walking distance to supermarkets QUT (Gardens Point) and QCA (Southbank) or a Citycat or bus ride to UQ (St Lucia).Bus 199 departs from Boundary Street every 15 minutes and the City Glider bus also departs from Mollison Street every 5 minutes in peak time. The trip takes 10 minutes to the city and can take you straight through to Fortitude Valley.Tenants are students and young employed adults who are clean nice respectful and friendly.Rent includes gas electricity and water : $175 per week for Room 7.
