Rent is $180/week plus split bills with your 4 housemates and $800 bond. The vibe is social and fun with a Phd student and 3 young working types in our late 20s early 30s mixed guys and girls. The house is furnished but the available room is not. 2 levels with a great front patio back yard 4 car driveway and huge garage for storage.
