The apartment block is a 1940s art deco building, constructed on one level in the shape of a U with an internal courtyard, which as a large covered patio overlooking the courtyard. Car parking is limited to one car per unit with some off-street parking and some covered parking.

Units have security and fly screens on all windows and triple lock steel security doors. Ceilings are plaster and patterned. The lounge room and main bedroom have been painted with a sponged painted effect. Floors in the lounge and second bedroom are polished timber, the main bedroom has carpet. Neither bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom is a single size and is connected to the main bedroom with a glass door. The second bedroom would be more suitable as a study, dining room or child’s bedroom. Kitchens have all laminated surfaces. The stove is a gas. The kitchen leads on to the covered community veranda overlooking the internal courtyard. The bathroom is an older style, with a bath and shower overhead which has been retiled. Off the lounge room, there is a large (9m x 2.3 m) enclosed private courtyard.

A coin-operated washing machine is provided in the community laundry. There is space to operate a private machine if desired.

There are definitely NO PETS allowed.
