there is 1 single room with polished floors available in a 5 bedroom old queenslander shared with 2 adult woman and 2 teens its features consist of french doors opening to a back shared varanda also the room has another window It has high ceilings and a ceiling fan. The bathroom is shared and we all do fine with that as it is cleaned daily. the rest of the house also has polished floors throughout a large kitchen fireplace in living room and a semi closed infront living varanda We are close to the bay and have bay breezes golf coarse very close by a shopping centre nearby and the local town pubs taverns and many beachside resturaunts and cafes. The train is maybe 16 min walking distance or there is a bus right out side the door that takes you to the city and sorrounding CBD.
