Hi, I’m looking for somebody who’s interested in sharing a room with another girl (brasilian and really nice ~), for a really nice price (173$/week).

The room is in a 5 rooms apartment (2 persons per rooms), so you’ll have to share the kitchen and the living room with 9 other people, who are really nice too by the way (3 french boys, 1 australian boy, 1 australian girl and 3 asian girls). We also have a The room is fully furnished (1 wardrobe/person and a big desk), and you’ll share the bathroom with your roomate.

The name of the residence is URBANEST, and it’s amazing, really good located (60 tribune street, South Bank, Brisbane), there is a fitness, a cinema room, a computer room, some study rooms, playstation and pool table. There is also a BBQ that you can use if you want, just outside the reception. You’ll have 10GB of wifi per month. There is a lot of international people in the residence, so it’s really interesting for meeting new people, and making new friends ~.

The residence is also 2 min by walk from the “fake” beach of Brisbane, which is a really beautiful place ! And most of all, the train & bus stations are situated just next to the residence !!!

I signed a contract for 12 months, so the rental is until the beginning of february 2015, but you can stay as long as you want, you’ll just have to find someone to replace you if you’re just gonna stay a few months there.
