Facing north means capturing the sun in the morning and through to late afternoon in the winter, means protected in the summer, also means facing to the City, yes through the buildings, but makes for a pretty day and night view.

In our building, it also means facing away from the road, so is nice and quiet, especially being on the top floor.

One generous bedroom with direct access to the bathroom, but this bathroom is 2 way, so your visitors don’t need to come through your bedroom. Generous shower size, not too low so suits most people.

All the living and kitchen is open plan so allows for mix and match furniture, where you want it with plenty of room to spare.

Kitchen has gas cooking (and gas hot water) and island bench which can be used as the dining area if you like that or there is dining furniture as well.

This apartment is fully furnished with everything bar linen, so just bring your suitcase and you are in.

The building has pool (you can see from your balcony), spa and BBQ area or if you are careful, you can eat on your balcony just as easy.
