We (female couple) will be moving into a south Brisbane apartment early August. Walking distance to train station and south bank tafe. Looking for someone who works or studies full time but likes to have fun on the weekend but be respectful at early hours must be working in some way.Own room own bathroom. Pool and gym in complex.Rent includes electricity foxtel and Internet. Im not sure if there is parking spare as we will be using the one assigned. Maybe street parking.We are a couple but not a boring one. We do like to spend time watching tv in lounge room etc but also like to go out for a few beverages. You dont have to be our friend but at least make it a pleasure to live with you. We are happy either way very laid back. One 21 and one 22.The apartment is similar to this one .
