One carpark available if needed but walking to most places or getting the train or bus is easy. Great view of Convention Centre with city behind. Large lounge room and balcony. In regards to your potential new room it has built in closet and has a shared balcony with one of the other rooms. I Myself work for IBM full time and my GF works for American Airlines.
