Are you looking for a room thats ‘juuuuust right’?. I have a choice of 3 rooms available ranging from $120per week to $200. The house is a recently refurbished (modern style) queenslander with polished wooden floors throughout. You would be sharing with a 30yr old professional female. Im often not home till 8pm and if im not home im probably out playing roller derby, wake boarding or surfing or at a friends. Im friendly and sociable but also respect your privacy if you prefer the comfort of your own room. I have a medium sized VERY friendly dog (lives outside during the day and inside at night). If you also have a dog then great! (providing they get along)

SMALL ROOM
$120 per week, will fit double bed, air con, double fitted wardrobe, 2 windows, room over looks back garden.

MEDIUM ROOM
$150 per week, comfotably fits queen bed plus additional furniture, double fitted wardrobes, air con, patio door private entrance. (Sorry no pics of the rooms as they’re currently have people in and moving boxes pilled high)

LARGE ROOM
$200 per week, air con, downstairs room with front and back entrance, exclusive use of double garage and double driveway (electric garage door), room large enough to fit queen bed plus couches and coffee table area (could be a ‘sort of’ granny flat except you would share kitchen/bathroom with 2 others)
