Master bedroom free 19/09/2011. Unfurnished room rest of the house is furnished.This room comes with air conditioning private balcony and ensuite. This room is quite large could easily fit a king sized bed with generous amount of room left over. Rent is $200/week not including utilities which include internet (roughly $23/week) and electricity. Will roughly be $200/quarter. Current roommates include 2×22 y/o male full time workers and 1×18 y/o female student. We are easy going people who love a chat and a laugh. Extremely easy going however seeking someone who knows how to clean up after themselves and can respect the house and its occupants. No preference as to single or couple welcoming accommodation for everyone!The house is located in a townhouse block which is tucked away and very safe onsite parking is available however the garage is not available. Pets are allowed (No dogs however) and we currently have a snake cage containing 2 jungle pythons the cage is very secure snakes are not poisonous and have never escaped. We are situated very close to a train station 5minutes drive or 15minutes walk and a bus station 48.5 seconds drive or a 5-10 minute walk. Travel time to the city is generally under 20mins via train can vary for the bus depending on traffic.
