High set old Queenslander perfect for the summer amongst tress crickets and frogs. A haven of bush land though an average plot 5/10mins from CBD actually but quiet. Tis good. Large double bed room. Shared bath and toilet. Like I said this is an old house it has not be converted.Email is always good but not immediate you require a quicker response.Phone contact is good till Friday pm: I am a shift worker starting seven days of late shifts then.I need a person/people who appreciate the reality of that life style. 3 shifts/four week rosters.Yes I have three children all nesting else where now!The house meets all the needs of modern life but none of it is connected directly to the double room. Shared access to all amenities is the way of this house. My pet factor equals: 2 fish 1 small female cat and various wild life attend as well!
