Room to rent $140 a week in large 5 bedroom 2 bathroom house. The house is on the older side and looks a bit shabby from the outside but is comfy and clean inside with enough space to not seem crowded! The house is furnished but the room is unfurnished although it has a wooden wardrobe that can be left in the room or taken out if not needed. House is close to train station buses 5minutes from Bulimba Oxford Street and 5 minutes from Morningside central shops. Approx 10minutes to city/ $20 taxi fare! Outdoor deck area large backyard nice views of the city and quite neighbours. Plenty of street parking and storage space in garage if needed (male housemate uses one side as a gym). Sharing with 2 girls (sisters) and one guy all in their 20s and working full time. We are all easy going like to have a social drink but also respect each others space. Ideal housemate would be of similar nature and not too picky cleans up after themselves and wanting to stay for a minimum of 3 months. No need to sign any lease just give 2weeks bond electricity bills are split equally and $20 a month if you want to have internet access!
