Hey guys and gals. I have a decent size room with a big built in wardrobe available now…..Place is fully furnished with nice furniture, plasma, kitchenware etc….The place is in an awesome location close to public transport, supermarket, city and pub. Unlimited wireless internet is already connected which is 30 a month. Undercover carpark also available. Im easy to get along with and employed full time, then at the gym most nights. Im looking for someone that is super clean as i am myself…..if you have common sense and are respectful we will get along just fine. Want someone who likes to sit and have a chat and the odd drink and doesn’t seclude themselves to their room….Normal people you could say .-) Electricity gets split halves, other than that no bills other than the internet
