One room is available to rent in our 3 bedroom Morningside townhouse for $145.00 per week.
House is fully furnished but bedroom is NOT furnished.

- Available from 9th March 2013 (our housemate is moving out on the 8th)
- Two story townhouse (living spaces downstairs, bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs.)
- One bedroom available. (3 bedroom house)

- Main bathroom includes toilet, shower and bath.

- 1 min walk to bus stop.
- 10 min walk to Morningside train station.
- 15 min drive to Carindale shopping centre

- Approx $20.00 cab fare to the city
- Approx 20 mins to get into the city by train
- No pets allowed.
- In ground swimming pool for communal use within the townhouse complex.
About us:
We are two 20 year old girls who both work (one full time one part time). We both moved to Brisbane about 18 months ago and enjoy exploring the city, taking trips to the coast, playing netball, hanging out together and getting together with friends. We love meeting new people! Both are non smokers. We’re very friendly and down to earth and respectful of people’s privacy and space.

About the other stuff:
- Rent is $145 a week.
- You will be on the lease (all housemates sign the lease)
- Lease is 12 months.
- Utilities not included in the rent. Wifi is available for $22.40 a week however this is optional if you have your own modem.
- Electricity is in one housemates name and the bill is split between the three of us and is usually about $150.00 each and paid quarterly.
