Looking for a housemate, no drunk party animals please! You will have a furnished bedroom to yourself, your own bathroom + your own lounge room which has a TV point (no TV provided). Some furniture is in the lounge room if you want to use it. House is only 2 years old, so someone who is respectful of that would be great. Share the cleaning as appropriate. $200/week + utilities bills. Happy to negotiate if you are looking for a part time arrangement. Only looking for 1 housemate please.
