Hi my best friend and I are two 20 year olds (I’m a student and he is an apprentice electrician) who are looking for a third housemate! Basically the townhouse is two stories we occupy upstairs (the kitchen is also upstairs but obviously available to use) and the entire downstairs is essentially available. There is a lounge room (with tv points and aircon) as well as a bathroom and a bed room the entire area is yours to rent at $170 a week! It’s a Very large and private area. We are looking for someone of a similar age who is tidy and perhaps a little bit social.
