Hi I am offering this room for $125.00 per week and it is available from the 23rd of November 2011 until around the 17th of February 2012. All costs are included in this rent such as electricity and water. I dont know why my add is saying its less but there are 4 weeks in a month (usually) so $500.00 a month; $125 a week I share the downstairs of a house (granny flat) with one other girl who has her own room.There is one bathroom with a separate toilet a kitchen and a lounge room and dining area with a tv.In your room is a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top along with a small tv study desk two chairs a roller stool chair clothes rack cupboard bedside table and bedside lamp. Cooking utensils are supplied alongside a microwave stove fridge/freezer and a washing machine.The room is located in Morningside a suburb that is around 20 minutes from the city. A bus stop is located 2 minutes walk down the road a train station is 10 minutes walk up the street. There is a shopping center (Woolworths Coles Kmart etc) that takes 4 minutes to get to on the bus.This room is value for money and I hope that someone will enjoy staying here as much as I have.
