I am looking for a new housemate. The house is fully furnished and I can provide a bed if is needed. House has ducted air con dishwasher and washing machine. There is one bathroom and one ensuite so you would only be sharing bathroom with one other person. Utilities will be shared 3 ways which includes power internet and line rental.We get the house cleaned once a fortnight by a cleaning service. This works out to be $20 per fortnight and saves time plus dont have to worry about whos turn it is to clean
