My partner and I have a 4 bedroom house in Morningside with 1 -2 rooms to rent. We currently have no other house mates and use the forth room as extra storage. We are close to public transport (bus stop at the end of the street) and it is only 15 minutes on the train to get to the city. There are plenty of shops close by. If you have a car then there is ample space in front of the house to park. We also have a pool, small garden and under cover outdoor entertainment area.
Rent is $150 per person p/w
The house has internet ADSL 2+ $18.20 p/m per person
Pool Maintenance approx $30 p/m per person
Quarterly bills are divided equally.
A little about us…We are from the UK originally and have been living in Australia for many years now. We have two very friendly dogs, so you must be an animal lover. We are tidy and are generally quiet during the week, we like our home to be a home not a party house but enjoy having people over on weekends. We are ideally looking for a couple or two singles wanting to stay a minimum of 3 months, easy going people that dont mind doing their share of the house work. We have one spare double bed with bedding and TV for use.
