The environment is really relaxed, the house is always kept clean and the housemates are friendly.

We are looking for 2 people (a couple or two friends).

The room is available from April 9th.

The location is surrounded by nature, is quite, comfortable and strategic because is located in Kangooro Point, very close to the city and to South bank.

To get to the city is possible catch the City Hopper which is free.

The house is composed with 3 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 1 Kitchen, 1 big Livingroom, 1 Laundry room and a balcony.

2 twin beds – Built in wardrobe – Mirror – Bedside table, fan

The house is completely furnished: – Cable TV – Air-contitioner – Furnished Kitchen (pans, bowls, cutlery, ecc…) – Dishwasher – 2 tables (one inside and one outside ) – 2 bathroom – 1 big couch – 2 armchairs – Washing-machine – Dryer – Wifi

This house is perfect for friendly, social and tidy people. Sometimes we like to eat, drink together and have a laugh, this is why we prefer someone who is able to socialise and speak english.
