Hi Nice sized double room to let in 3 bed apartment. Available the 08 th of february – current flatmate is moving home. This is a large well finished carpet floor flat with own balcony. The room is not huge but it is fully furnished and has two single bed wardrobe and shelving. The rest of the flat is huge – we have a large and comfortable open plan kitchen/living area large garden pool bbq area jacuzzy and sauna. The apartment is a 20 minute walk to cyty and about 15 min walk to south bank and Grifith University. Close to pubs and shops were also a short journey to the Fortitude Valley with even more places to socialise! You would be sharing with two girls in their twenties both professionals. Very friendly and easygoing. Both of us have busy careers and active social lives so are not around the flat all the time but like to get together when we are.please have in to account that smokers are no welcome inside the house even in the balcony there is no schedule for parties after 9 pm flat mates have their own key
